i have been with this auto insurance company for 20 years and have never had to use it. in july of 2015 my car was hit by an uninsured driver with no insurance. from the time i reported it to the time i was paid off was two months. i had to pay for a rental car for the two months because my car was in the shop and the rental car payment was $600. mr hassan paid $187.00 for the rental car and $15 for a phone bill. i asked why i didn't get the rest of the money and was told this is all that was approved. i contacted my insurance company and they sent me the check for the remainder of the bill. i don't know what would have happened if i didn't have other insurance. i would not recommend this insurance company.

i'll never use this company again. my insurance was not renewed for nonpayment, even though the payment was made via echeck that same day. the agent's excuse was that their system is not linked to the banking institution and payments take at least 2 business days. i made a claim in the past where there was a lapse in coverage, but that was for one month and never had a problem. i asked for a supervisor and never received a call back. my time was wasted and i had to go elsewhere. can't understand why they have a 4-star rating with so many complaints.
