i have been trying to get a hold of this agency for about 2 weeks now. they are my insurance carrier for my new home. i have called the office number, emailed multiple times, and even resorted to messaging their facebook page. no one will answer. i have not yet canceled my policy with them because i need to get my refund first. However, i am very frustrated with the lack of communication.
