they are in no way responsive at all and it's awful. they sold me a policy then dropped me with no notice and refused to return my money. i've had nothing but issues during my time with this company. avoid this company at all costs.
the male agent that helped me was very arrogant and turned me away to another insurance agency. i waited 30 minutes for the agent to help me and get my information but i guess he didn't want to help me so he told me to go to another insurance agency.
