the people at this agency are rude. i walked in to get a quote and the lady at the front desk was very dismissive. she didn't even bother to ask me what i needed help with, she just handed me a brochure and told me to call the number on it. i will never go back to this agency.
i have mixed feelings about this location. i have been a client at this location for 16 yrs. there are days i walk in and the staff is very pleasant and helpful. then there are days i feel like a burden walking in. seems like everytime i come in i have to remind them i'm a client. i call to speak to someone about my account and i'm always met with a nasty attitude. i've been thinking about changing agencies because of this. i'd hate to leave after 16 yrs but it's getting unbearable.
i have been a statefarm customer for over 40 years and have been with the o'neal agency for over 25 years. i would highly recommend their agency. their friendly and professional staff is always willing to go the extra mile to help you with all of your insurance needs.
