i have been a customer of american family insurance for over 20 years and have always been very satisfied with their service. i have never had a claim, but i know that if i did, they would be there for me. the staff is always friendly and helpful, and they always go the extra mile to make sure that i am happy. i would highly recommend american family insurance to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable insurance company.

i am very disappointed with the customer service at akama home insurance. i have been a customer for over 10 years and have never had a problem until now. i recently filed a claim for a broken window and was told that it would be covered. however, when the adjuster came out, he said that the damage was not covered because it was caused by an act of god. i was very upset because i thought i was covered for this type of damage. i called customer service to complain, but they were no help. they just kept telling me that the damage was not covered. i am very disappointed with the way i have been treated by akama home insurance. i am now considering switching to another insurance company.
