i've been with allstate for about 20 years now and have recommended them to many family and friends during that time. my most recent experience with allstate was when i purchased a new home. i was working with a new agent, named alexis. i found her to be very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and prompt in her responses. she even came to my house to help me get my new insurance policy notarized. i have never had a bad experience with allstate and i am very happy with the service i have received from both the company and alexis.

i had an awesome experience with taylor insurance. i've gradually bundled my homeowners and auto with them over the past few years. they were always friendly, quick to respond, and generally on top of things. when i moved out of state, they were very helpful in getting my policies canceled and refunded the unused portion.
