they don't explain anything. - i tried calling, e-mailing, going into the office to cancel my policy. they wouldn't do it. i had to go to my state insurance regulating office to file a complaint. of course the regulating office said, 'well, you signed a contract.' so, just be aware you sign the contract with your own blood.
they are very professional, helpful, and really knowledgeable about insurance. i've been with them for years and never had any problems.
