simple insurance agency llc is the worst insurance agency i have ever dealt with. i have been a customer for over 5 years and have never had a problem until now. i recently filed a claim for a car accident and they have been nothing but rude and unhelpful. they have lost my paperwork multiple times and have not returned my calls. i am very disappointed with the service i have received and would not recommend this agency to anyone.
