if i could give lawhorn & moore insurance brokers, llc zero stars i would. i have been trying to cancel my insurance policy for over a month now and they keep giving me the runaround. i have called multiple times and emailed and no one has been able to help me. i am so frustrated and angry. i would not recommend this company to anyone.
l awhorn and moore insurance brokers, llc's office staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. i've never met such a sour group of people. i experienced blatant disrespect and rudeness from the moment i walked in the door. they never smiled and were curt the entire time. it left a very bad impression which is very sad because i was in need of finding new insurance. i do not recommend this insurance office for anyone.
i just wanted to take a minute to let everyone know how thankful i am for lawhorn & moore insurance brokers, llc. i was in a car accident and they made this whole claims process so easy and guided me through each step. they were able to get my high deductible lowered as well as my monthly premium! i was paying way too much for insurance with my previous company. i highly recommend them!
