this insurance agency: 'CRUMES INSURANCE, LLC' is a waste of your time and money. i had my auto insurance with them for three years and never had any problems. but then i got into an accident and they refused to pay for my damages. they said it was my fault, even though the other driver was clearly at fault. i disputed their decision, but they upheld it. i ended up having to pay for the damages myself. i would not recommend this insurance agency to anyone.
