ash was very helpful in getting us the right coverage for our home and auto insurance. he was very patient and answered all of our questions. we are very happy with the service we received from ashton thomas insurance agency.

i wish i could give less than 1 star for this agency. i was in an accident and my insurance information was given to this agency, i was not at fault. this office manager, jessica, continued to contact me for months telling me i had to pay them back $1500. i tried explaining to her that i was not at fault but she told me i had to pay and that my insurance company should have covered it. she continued to harass me and collect payments from me that i did not owe even though i kept trying to explain to her that she is wrong. finally, i had to file a complaint with the bbb (better business bureau) and my insurance company. now, jessica has to send me a refund and close my account. be aware of how fraudulent this office is, especially jessica! stay away.
