i have been a customer of mountain meadow insurance for over 10 years. i have always been very happy with their service. i have had to file several claims over the years, and they have always been very helpful and responsive. i would highly recommend mountain meadow insurance to anyone.

mountain meadow insurance gave me the absolutely worst coverage experience i have ever had. this is by far the worst insurance company i have ever had the displeasure of dealing with and i would never recommend this company to anyone. i would give this company zero stars if i could. i had to call several times to get a call back. each time i called, i had to go through the same long explanation about what i needed. it was like customer service was reading from a script. customer service never followed-up on my claim like they said they would. they even lost my paperwork. when i finally got through to someone who helped me, they said i should have gotten an email that never came. i would not trust this agency to insure my bicycle. they wasted my time and money.
