i have recently been working with them and the service has been great!! the staff was very friendly and helpful. there has been one time where i had to deal with a claim and the process was very simple and easy.
they were not the most smooth or professional dealings when it came to dealing with a property claim. there was a lot of back and forth with no real guidance through the process. also, some of the information which should have been provided to us during the contract signing process was not and now it is being held against us.
