i've been a customer of bts insurance for over 10 years and i have never had any problems. the staff is always friendly and helpful. i would definitely recommend them to anyone.
i wish there was an option for 0 stars because that's exactly what they deserve. very rude and unprofessional staff. they're quick to take your money, but when it comes time to assist you they give you the run around. no one called me back after they said they would and when i finally called in they said there was nothing they could do. i would not recommend this company to anyone, save yourself the headache and go with a different insurance company.
