i am very happy with taylor reed insurance agency. the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. they are always willing to help me with any questions i have. i have been with them for over 5 years and have never had any problems.

in a nutshell, i must say that i have had a very stereotypical experience with taylor reed insurance agency so far. prior to purchasing my first home and needing to obtain home insurance, i did not know much about home insurance policies or which insurance company to go with. i got referred to taylor by my loan officer, and she assured me that i was in very good hands with them. she told me they would get me the best rates possible and make sure i was properly covered. unfortunately, after doing a little research on my own, i have uncovered that i am paying more than double what i should be for the coverage i have. i even reached out to taylor reed about this matter and was basically told that i was wrong. i am beyond frustrated because i never thought i would have to question my insurance company about the validity of my rates, especially after being referred to them and given such high praise. needless to say, i will be looking for a new insurance company.
