i have been a customer of this agency for over 10 years and have always been very satisfied with their service. they are always friendly and helpful, and they have always been able to find me the best possible rates on my insurance. i highly recommend them.
this company and agent are dishonest. we got a homeowners policy through them last year and they promised us it would be around $1200 a year. we got out first bill a few months later for $1500, then a bill a month later for another $1500, and then another bill a month after that for $2000. we called and complained and they said it was a mistake and they would fix it. they never did. we called and complained again and they said they would fix it again. they never did. we finally gave up and paid the bill. we will never do business with them again.
