"city first insurance is by far the worst insurance agency i have had to deal with. the customer service and communication are a joke. i got into a fender bender and i have been getting the runaround since day one. i have called numerous times and the same thing happens every time. i either get transferred to someone else or i get no answer. one representative even hung up on me. do not choose this agency. i am so frustrated with how this whole process has been handled. i am in the process of looking for another agency who will meet my needs."
