my name is jamie kelley and i rarely take time to leave reviews but i was compelled to take the time to commend this agency and recommend it to anyone looking for professional, informative service when shopping for insurance. tiffany greeted me promptly and understood exactly what i was looking for and she immediately walked me through my options, explained out the coverage i needed, and did a comparative analysis of my current policy. she was efficient and knowledgeable and did not rush me--i felt like i was her only client. we compared costs, she provided me with a print-out of options and made a recommendation, but was not at all pushy or sales-y. i would absolutely recommend this agency to anyone.
