blesses assured group is a blessing in disguise to me and my family. mr. nelson was extreamly patient with me finding the right coverage and his prices are unbeatable. i immediately signed a bundle with him that included renters insurance, auto insurance, and life coverage. i feel good knowing my family and i are protected and blesses assured does a fantastic job protecting us.
not sure if am happy with my switch to this agency. the sales rep mr. nelson was very nice and up front with me about costs and coverages for my auto policy. however, i saw myself being billed twice in a month for my premium and this is the third month that has happened. i called the agency and was told twice this is a glitch in their system, and the operations manager is working on it. i would have liked my refund or my payment situation resolved by now.
