bjostad & associates in wichita kansas has the best customer service. any time there is an issue i am greeted with a friendly voice that is willing to help in any way they can and address any issues i have immediately. i would recommend this insurance agent to anyone looking for professional and experienced service.
this was the most nightmare agency to try to work with. they were all nice enough but like dealing with toddler. they mixed up my sons account with another childs, they tried to charge me for a account that should have been suspended, the most recent issue they told me i had $220 on my account which was not true and that i owed $120 but till this day i have not received an explanation of why i owed money or charge is still pending on my account. i have called and emailed with out a response. worst insurance company ever and i have been a customer for years. they have caused me so much stress and turmoil
