i was pleased to get a call from amerilife letting me know that my life insurance policy was approved within 24 hours of applying. i received my policy in the mail about a week later and everything seemed in order. i am still waiting for a few more items to come in the mail, but so far so good.
amerilife is a great life insurance company. i have been a customer for over 10 years and i have never had any problems. the customer service is excellent and the rates are very competitive.
amerilife provided an okay service when i had a claim to file for my life insurance; however, when i called to change my address and beneficiary, they were extremely rude and i waited for 40 minutes on the phone.
