i have been a customer of c3 group inc. for over 10 years and i have always been very satisfied with their service. i have never had any problems with my policy and i have always been able to get the help i need when i need it. i would highly recommend c3 group inc. to anyone looking for an insurance company.
my experience with c3 group inc. was not pleasant to say the least. last april i purchased a motorcycle insurance policy through c3 group inc. and shortly after i was involved in an accident. after submitting a claim, i was immediately contacted by an adjuster from c3 group inc. who informed me that my claim had been denied. i was told that i was at fault for the accident and that i would not be receiving any compensation. i was very disappointed with this decision, as i felt that i was not at fault for the accident. i contacted the other driver's insurance company and they agreed with me and paid for my damages and my medical expenses. i would not recommend c3 group inc. to anyone. they are a dishonest company that will not be there for you when you need them.
