great customer service to work with and never had an issue. they helped me with a few auto policies and a life policy. i've never had a problem working with them or getting ahold of them to ask questions.
i have been trying to resolve an issue at this agency since july 2020. i have spoken to multiple people, left multiple voicemails, and sent multiple emails. my issue still has not been resolved. this is the absolute worst customer service i have ever experienced.
