i requested a quote on april 29th and 3 weeks later, despite numerous attempts to obtain a quote, i still do not have one. i have had to follow up about 6 or 7 times at least once a week. i finally emailed and asked to speak with a manager about the lack of service and was told they would escalate the request and i would hear back by the end of the week. it is now a week later and i have not heard anything. this is the worst customer service i have ever experienced.
