innovative financial group, llc is the absolute worst insurance agency out there. they do not return phone calls, take forever to get quotes out, and the customer service is horrendous. i would not recommend this agency to anyone. i have had several issues over the years with my homeowners insurance and have never been able to get a resolution. i have been on the phone for hours trying to get a quote for my car insurance and they still have not been able to provide me with one. i have been so frustrated with this agency that i have decided to switch to a different one.
