intoxicating travel group llc is the best! after continuous issues with my previous insurance company, a friend told me about this agency. she said they were very helpful. she also told me the rates were very affordable. i decided to call and ask for a few quotes. mr. john smith answered the phone and asked me a few basic questions. by the end of the call i had 4 quotes. it was incredible. i eneded up choosing the mid range quote. mr. smith processed my paperwork promptly. if you are looking for an agency that is helpful and affordable i suggest you call intoxicating travel group llc.

intoxicating travel group llc is the absolute worst! i called the office for a quote. the agent was very rude and abrupt. i explained that my policy was expiring in two days and that i needed to obtain a new policy immediately. the agent asked for all of my personal information. after providing it to him, he told me to wait on the line. after 30 minutes i hung up. i called back and asked for a supervisor. mr. john smith , who identified himself as the supervisor, was even more rude than the agent. he told me that the agency was busy and that i would have to wait my turn. i asked mr. smith if the agency was so busy why did he take my information down. he became very loud and verbally abusive. he told me to take my business elsewhere. i was so distraught that i began to cry. i will never do business with that agency again.
