this place is a joke. if i could rate zero stars, i would. the agent quoted me good prices, so i went with them. the agent had me send my dl, ss card, and voided check through text. i did it feeling uncomfortable, but i needed insurance quickly. gec ran my credit without my permission. i called agent the next day to cancel because i decided to go with another agency. agent said he would cancel and refund my money, but he never did. i called back a few days later and he said he was sorry and that he would take care of it, but he never did. i had to dispute charges with my bank and now i'm waiting for a refund. he provided me with an insurance id card the next day, but when i called the insurance company, they said my policy was never started. do not go with this agency!
