i just filed a claim with this insurance agency: 'securian capital of the chesapeake' located in '600 washington ave ste 100, towson md'. i had to file a fire claim for my business on 6/12/22 and had a horrible experience with the owners and the adjuster. i was promised my policy covered everything and that it would be a seamless process. however, nothing was covered and i was left with nothing. i am a small business and don't have any money to hire an attorney to go after them. i'm at a total loss and don't know what to do. i would never recommend this insurance agency to anyone. please do not patronize them as they are crooks!
