i have been a customer of this company for over 10 years and i have never had any problems. the customer service is excellent and the rates are very competitive. i would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for insurance.
for the past six months, i have been getting the runaround from customer service regarding a theft claim. my renter's insurance got canceled because of the theft claim and i was told that i would receive a refund for the remaining balance of my renter's insurance. i have been calling customer service for the past three weeks and i have been getting the runaround from every single customer service agent that i have spoken to. i have been hung up on, lied to, and given the wrong information. i am very frustrated with the lack of customer service that i have received from this company.
