i recently switched to commercial insurance of texas services, inc. for my business insurance. i'm very happy with the coverage i'm getting and the customer service is excellent. i would definitely recommend them to other businesses.
based on a recent claims experience with commercial insurance of texas services, inc., i wouldn't recommend them. although my experience with their customer service was good, their claims process was not. i was not kept informed about the status of my claim and had to call multiple times to get updates. when i finally received a settlement offer, it was much lower than i expected. i ended up having to hire an attorney to get a fair settlement.
i've been a customer of commercial insurance of texas services, inc. for over 10 years and have always been happy with their service. they're always there to help me with any questions i have and they've always been quick to respond to any claims i've filed.
