i need to make a complaint about insurance agent **james tate** at dobrinski insurance. i was told by **mr. tate** that he could match the premium amount i am currently paying for my auto insurance. **mr. tate** called me on 12/3/2022, and i agreed to switch insurance companies. he did not give me a premium amount at that time. he said he would get back to me with the information by the end of the day. i waited approximately 20 minutes and called him back. **mr. tate** answered the phone and said that he had run into a snag but that he would definitely get back to me before the close of business. i did not hear from **mr. tate** on 12/3/2022. he called me on 12/5/2022, around 11:30 am, and told me he had the information. he gave me a premium amount of $1,949.06, which is higher than what i am currently paying. i told **mr. tate** that i was not interested. he continued to call me repeatedly to try to convince me to switch insurance companies. i told him repeatedly that i was not interested. i have never received a written quote from **mr. tate** and need a copy of it. i need to file a formal complaint about his behavior. i have been a customer of dobrinski insurance for over 20 years and have always been satisfied. i would appreciate it if you would investigate this matter.
