acacia insurance management has been a great company to work with. they are always responsive to our needs and are quick to resolve any issues that we may have. we have been with them for over 5 years and have never had any problems. i would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an insurance company.

don't know how these people stay in business - worst insurance agency we've ever had. our business has been with acacia for over 5 years and in those years acacia has failed to deliver on every promise. we purchased a new vehicle in february of 2018 and called to get the new auto added. we were told by an acacia representative that the new vehicle would be added immediately. after a month passed and still no new auto id card, we began calling acacia daily. every day we were told our 'new' card had been overnighted to us. after 3 months of failed promises, we finally received our card. this level of service continued throughout the time acacia insured our fleet of vehicles. we would call to confirm coverages and amounts only to have our coverage decreased or inflated without our knowledge. we would receive invoices that were incorrect and when we would call to decipher the errors it would take weeks for the issues to be resolved. we are paying a considerable amount of money per month for insurance policies through acacia and the service we have received is sub-par. needless to say, we are moving our business elsewhere.
