accolade insurance has the worst customer service. no one answers or calls you back. i called to cancel my policy and was told by kim in billing that i have to mail in a written letter to cancel. i asked to speak with a supervisor and kim told me that she was the supervisor. i asked to speak with her manager and kim told me that they do not have a manager. this is the worst company ever. do not buy their insurance. the bbb should shut them down.
