i have been with this agency for almost three years now, and i have been extremely satisfied with their service. my broker is very responsive and always keep me informed of the services provided. i got my health insurance and renters insurance with them and i am really happy with the rates.
as a provider, you guys have the worst customer service, ever. i have called multiple times in the past three years to get credentialed, but i cannot get past the phone prompts. i have left voicemails with the credentialing specialist, but my calls are never returned. this is the worst experience i have ever had. i will definitely not recommend your agency to any of my colleagues.
