i have been a customer of watchtower technologies, inc. for over 10 years and have always been very happy with their service. they are always responsive to my needs and have always been able to help me find the best insurance coverage for my needs. i would highly recommend this agency to anyone.
watchtower technologies, inc. is one of the most unprofessional agencies i have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. when i first contacted them, they were very responsive and helpful. however, once i paid them, their service went downhill fast. they were unresponsive to my emails and phone calls, and when they did finally get back to me, they were rude and dismissive. i would not recommend this agency to anyone.
