universal insurance programs llc is the worst insurance company i have ever dealt with. i have been a customer for over 10 years and have never had any problems until now. i recently filed a claim for a stolen car and they have been nothing but difficult to work with. they have denied my claim multiple times and have not given me any explanation as to why. i have spoken to multiple representatives and have been given the runaround. i am so frustrated with this company and i will never do business with them again.
