i have been a customer of american health plans llc for over 10 years and have always been happy with their service. the staff is always friendly and helpful, and i've never had any problems with my coverage. i would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for health insurance.
american health plans llc is a joke. i've been trying to get ahold of a live person for over an hour. i've been on hold for over 30 minutes and have yet to speak to anyone. i'm so frustrated and angry. i will never do business with this company again.
