arrived early morning to my home in okc, ok for a 6 month inspection following a new policy i took out with j m insurance agency llc. the individual sent for the inspection was extremely friendly and professional. he took the time to explain all the questions i had, even some unrelated to the inspection. mr. bowland is a great asset to your company.
stay away from this insurance company. i have never experienced such unprofessional customer service in my entire life. when i called j m insurance agency llc after my renewal came through to ask a question about my homeowners insurance, the agent hung up on me when i asked why did my home insurance go up by 20% without any prior notification. extremely dissatisfied with this insurance company.
