my experience with this office is absolutely horrible. i contacted this office for a health insurance quote because it is a local office. i provided my contact info, and the agent told me he would call me back. after not hearing back from him for almost a week, i finally got a call from him. the call lasted 5 minutes, and he promised to email me some quotes. after not receiving a call or email for over a week, i called back, and the agent told me he has been really busy and will get back to me. i still haven't heard from him.
josiah is very through and considers my needs and goals when recommending coverages. he has also been very helpful in making sure my beneficiaries are properly designated on my policies. i recommend him without hesitation.
