this place is a nightmare! there was a fire in my apartment building in september. i filed a claim the next day. it has been 7 months and i am still waiting for payment. i have called and emailed numerous times. no one ever gets back to me. i am at my wit's end. i am a single mother with two young children. i need this money to replace my belongings and find a new place to live. i am so frustrated and angry.
