john boyd insurance agency, inc. is the worst insurance agency i have ever dealt with. i have been a customer of theirs for over 10 years and have never had a problem until now. i recently filed a claim for a car accident and they have been nothing but difficult to deal with. they have delayed the process, denied my claim, and have been rude and unprofessional. i would not recommend this agency to anyone.
