i've had nothing but issues since switching to this insurance. i have not received any id cards and it has been over a week. i've tried contacting my agent multiple times and have yet to get a response. i even went to the office and they said they'd call me back but haven't. my temp tags expire soon and i'm very frustrated with the lack of customer service.
