benifit llc team were prompt to respond to all of my questions and concerns about getting insured on short term health insurance. although, the insurance plan i wanted was not available in my state, they walked me through the process of purchasing a plan that will cover me for the next 6 months. i am very satisfied with the level of customer service that i received and would definitely recommend them for short term health insurance.
