great service and flexible hours. the office staff is well trained and helpful. i had an issue with a recent bill last month and they were able to help me over the phone without me having to make a trip to the office. i will stick with affirmative agencies as long as i live in california.
very rude people. the service is very slow and the office is hard to find. i will never go back to that business again. there are plenty of other insurance companies out there that are willing to provide decent, friendly service.
