this is the worst insurance company i have ever dealt with. i have been a customer for over 10 years and have never had a claim until recently. when i filed a claim, they denied it and said that i was not covered. i called to speak to a supervisor and was told that they would call me back within 24 hours. i never received a call back. i called again the next day and was told the same thing. i have been calling for over a week and still have not received a call back. i am very disappointed with the service i have received and will be switching to a different insurance company as soon as possible.
