corporate insurance llc is the worst insurance company i have ever dealt with. i have been with them for over 5 years and have had nothing but problems. during hurricane irma, i filed a claim for damage to my home that incurred extensive roof damage and subsequent indoor water damage due to the roof damage. my adjuster was supposed to be an expert and highly recommended by their company. unfortunately, they were not and caused me nothing but headaches, wasted my time and basically cost me money from the get go. the adjuster, from day one, was careless, disorganized, rude, and incompetent. they never returned calls, did not show up for scheduled appointments, constantly lied and misrepresented corporate insurance llc's policies and procedures, did not communicate with me and was almost impossible to get a hold of, and ignored every request i made and every deadline they promised. i am a disabled veteran with limited financial means and could not afford to pay for the damages out of pocket. i relied on corporate insurance to help me resolve my claim. the adjuster they sent made the experience so miserable that it caused me depression and anxiety and a great deal of undue stress. i ultimately had to hire a public adjuster and an attorney just to get corporate insurance to fulfill their contractual obligation to me as a policyholder. i would never recommend corporate insurance to anyone.
