ladder insurance services, llc had a rude agent help me open a renter's policy. i asked the agent if my ebike was covered, and he said it was if i wanted it to be. i even gave him the model and make, and he said it was covered. he led me to believe it was covered. i even got an email from ladder about a month after my policy was open stating my ebike was not covered. i called ladder and talked to two other agents who confirmed this. i explained everything that i had said to the agent that helped me open my policy, and the two agents said the person i spoke with provided me with inaccurate information. both agents i spoke with stated they would send the issue to management and someone would contact me within 24 business hours. no one ever contacted me.
