i wanted to make a quick post to thank you and your staff for the excellent service i have received from armour risk management and especially jesse delp! when i was looking for a new broker this past fall, i was very nervous. i had been with my previous broker for a long time and was unsure of what to expect from a new company. from the first phone call, jesse was extremely pleasant to work with. he took the time to walk me through the quote process and answer all of my questions. he helped me compare plans and find the right coverage for my business. since then, jesse and his team have continued to go above and beyond to meet my needs. i recently had a loss and jesse handled the claim process for me. he kept me informed throughout the process and made sure that i received a fair settlement. i am so grateful for the help and support that i have received from armour risk management and jesse delp. i highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new broker. they are truly a 5-star company!
