i have been trying to resolve issues with my current insurance agency for the past several months. after a change in my personal financial situation, i needed to make some changes to my policy. i have called and emailed multiple times and continue to get nowhere. i've received promise after promise of return calls and emails that never come. i've filed a complaint with the better business bureau, and i'm considering legal action. i am fortunate enough to have found another insurance agent who has already been able to assist me with my needs. i would not recommend this agency to anyone. i had a similar experience with this agency. i called and spoke to an agent on the phone. we discussed my needs, and she assured me that she would be able to help me get the coverage i needed at a reasonable price. she said she would send me a quote, but i never received it. i called back several times, but she never returned my calls. finally, i gave up and went to another agency.
