genesis west inc is the one that i trust to handle anything that comes up. they recently helped me with my broken down ac and now im nice and cool. i would have tried to fix the ac myself but with no prior experience i was afraid i'd make it worse. genesis came out within 30 minutes of my call and had my ac fixed within the hour. i will definitely be calling them again if something else breaks on me, but hopefully that won't be for a long while. thanks genesis west inc.
